Hello!

k, that is basically the same family motor/engine block as the newer A16 that comes in the Lanos. you will need the front motor mount in order to do the swap. if you can find a Racer, Lemans, Kadett E or Astra MK2 87-mid 90's with the 2.0 8v or 16v motor you can use that front bracket. they are hard to find these days so if you can't find one I make the conversion bracket that's needed.

the short answer is nothing the chassis came with that motor in the Astra MK2 and the Kadett E so nothing is needed than the proper front motor mount.

I am assuming your going to run the C20XE as a naturally aspirated motor, with modifications your probably not going to see much more than 200hp/200lbft from that engine.

Your stock gear box should be capable of withstanding 250lbft of torque but you may want to consider a stronger clutch if the factory clutch seems like it needs replacement.

I agree with gse_turbo, other than the engine and mount there really should not be anything else.

What did you plan to do from the perspective of wiring ? Are you going to install the Bosch system from the C20XE or try and make the engine work with your G15SF ??
