Mine's not much, 05 Aveo with a t-28, water/meth inected only running on 8-9psi at the moment since thats about its limits with the factory ecu and injectors, sorry I dont have any pics. install took me about 4 hours to do and cost me about $350 but I have alot of the plumbing laying around from other turbo projects I have so the only cost was the turbo itself. I used the stock cast manifold anf simply made an adapter for the turbo, it took the place of where the cat used to be.
Monitoring most of my sensors with a scangauge, playing with the codes I have been able to get all the sensors to read except trim and knock (still working on that) I am not running any management system except for a hobbs switch and a 25k resistor to the IAT under boost to make the ecu run a richer map, not prefect my any means but works damn good considering. only reason I installed the turbo is because of the elevation I live at (7200ft) and tow a small trailer to the mountains (10,000ft) quite often (almost every weekend) and just wanted a tad extra to help it out, got more than I had hoped for, car tops out at 150mph and thats only because it hits the rev limiter in 5th gear at that speed! not bad for this elevation.

I'll see if I can get some pics to post of the mounting, have to pull the skid plate off to get some decent pics though. ( run a half lenght 3/16" steel skid plate since I see alot of 2-tracks up this way)
I see I am not too far away from you, I am in Laramie, wy just a couple hours maybe when Im heading to denver area we can hook up and you can get a better looksy.

Re: Specs of all the turbo projects
Looks really good Mopac, nice smooth dyno graph of power/torque.
Glad to see you decided to go turbo... it's very addictive isn't it?

Re: Specs of all the turbo projects
well I been turbo now since July. Still need to get a new fuel pump to go back to the over 250. I miss the 260. But my top (I think) will be 300 speed is too addictive.

Am I missing something? Where is the graph you are referring to?PrecisionBoost wrote:Looks really good Mopac, nice smooth dyno graph of power/torque.
