Hi,

Some suggestions.
-Is the standard maintenance already done on this car? Filters, oil change, plugs,...
-You may have dirty leaky injectors.
-No "engine check" light while driving?

You can look for a service manual from our FAQ section: http://www.daewootech.com/forum/viewtop ... =21&t=5085 3 pages ;) .

if you need anything from lengaza, nubira, or lanos from 98-01 i got pdf's of everything. +wiring.

my suggestion.. bad fuel? you said it sits for a while.. so like full tank then try to use it in 3months..? might need fuel saver or replace the gas.

yo guys i sorted the problem out at last guess what it was after spending so much on money on the car anyway it was my ignition the black piece at the back of the ignition barrel was a bit loose and wen you turned the ignition the pump comes on to fill the fuel rail but when you crank it the fuel pump does not come on cause of this was that the second circut it did not make contact (the key turns hard and turns far over clock wise ) all i did was glue the black piece of the ignition in a fixed postion so that it dont move when i turn the key

hard starts if car not left overnight is a classic symptom for leaky injectors
i recon you are getting bad fuel mileage and your spark plugs got black deposits... this is a defendant sign that your injectors are leaking

replace them with BOSCH high impedance injectors from a BMW E30 with a 1600 M40 engine
