ill try to reuse this post, anyway, same thing i would LOVEEEEEEEE to switch to a manual.. but when i first came to the site in ?Janurary.. i think i read somewhere that you can NOT switch auto to manual b.c its missing a wire or something, anyway. im willing to try anything.
but i need to know what tranny? (guessing a "D16") dont care about ratio's b.c this is a first time thing, ontop of that
what is it, mechanical or hydraulic? (cable or cylinders like brakes)
what other accessories i need? (pedal, clutch pedal switch switch, wiring, cables/pipe lines, shifter, brackets, bolts, clutch, etc?)
what to look out for? (something falling out of the tranny? making sure it has a flex plate/clutch before i put it together?)

thanks in advance. and i actually do need all the advice/help i can get, as it hasnt been posted. along with, ill try and do a "How-to" to put on the forums

clutch peddle, brake peddle, and gas peddle. your ecu controles the auto tranny right now, if you take the tranny out you will be unplugging sensors and you will always have a CEL. adn you prolly wont be able to rev over 4000 rpm's just like if you rev your car while its in park

modifying your ECU... which no one i know managed to do... plus the fact that you will be risking internal damage to the engine (if you pass 6500 RPM) or the gearbox (if you pass 4000 RPM in Park)

also their will be no power gains from exceeding 6500 RPM
