Radiator Capacity

Hi,

Can anyone tells me for Daewoos Lanos 1.5, year 2002 model, what is the radiator capacity ?

I would want to change the coolant. I heard that it is 7 litres. Toyota car is only 4 litres. So, I cannot confirm whether it is true.

Anyone that has the user manual for the 2002 Lanos 1.5 ? Please tell me.

Do you have the owner's manual that came with your car?
There is a maintenance section that tells what the capacity is.

I do not know what the specifications are for the 1.5L engine, so I can not answer your question beause my Lanos has the 1.6L engine and the amount of coolant may be different.

I bought this as a used car. Pervious owner does not pass me the user manual.

i believe it is 7l yes... BUT you will never get the full 7 liter out the car unless you suck it out... if you remove the hose on the radiator you will get about 3-4l replaced

What about taking the car to a garage that has a complete cooling system flush and replacement machine? I do not think they are very expensive.
