I want to install a short intake w/ custom cold air box.
What is the best way to access the fender to remove the resonator, and install a ram air set up?
Would it be to remove the black panels near the wheel or remove the entire fender?

I would say just remove the resonator and get some flexi 3 inch tub an run it to the foglight hole (remove the foglight.

I don't think you understood what I was saying.
I meant, take the plastic fender liner out so you have easy access to remove the resinator and insall a CAI. Reinstall the plastic liner when you have finished installing the CAI. The liner is there toshield the under side of the car from mud, dirt & water.
I should have been more specific when I said that.
