Daewoo Sens(Lanos) 3,0T from Ukraine

Hello, many time i want registrate, now is time (i think )
1st i'm sorry for my terrible english...
So. Story begin in december 2006, when i swap C25XE (170HP) from 1993 Opel Vectra A with 140 tkm. Gearbox - F25. After 1,3 liter motor (70 HP) with which local in Ukraine Lanos named Daewoo Sens, 2,5 was a Rocket! I change many (gearbox F20, intake....) but in october 2007 i swap X30XE (211 HP). It was much beter With F35 gearbox from Vectra C 2,2 DTR i run 260 km/h in november 2007. In march 2008 i started 3,0 V6 Turboproject on my Sens. Now i have X30XE with comp. ratio 8,5, Garrett GT3076R, WG Tial 44, QBOW Tial, custom exhaust on 3 inch pipe, 2,5" intake piping and large cooller. Fuel pump - Walbro 255 lph, 630 cc Siemens. All controll Motronic 2.8.1. with MAF emulator/piggy-back controller, AFR - AEM UEGO. AVC-R. Gearbox - F28, tyres Toyo R888. And many, many In plans on future - 4x4 from Vectra A Turbo.

Cool project, looks very well done.

It is interesting to see how you managed to squeeze the turbo in above the gearbox.

How much boost do you run?

Do you know how much power your Lanos is making?

I've allways considered the naturally aspirated V6 swap to be a waist of time since there are so many 2.0L turbos available but the V6 Turbo is a great accomplishment.

I was just looking at the lanos engine bay and I was quite surprized to see how easy it would be to relocate the components on that side of the engine bay.

Basicly it's just the battery and a fuse box and the power steering resevoir which is low pressure and easy to relocate.

Looks like one rad hose might need to be moved slightly but other than that it looks quite easy.

I have very little room between my engine block and radiator in my Optima ( Astra MK2 ) so I'm really tempted to make a new manifold and put the turbo on the side like the OLEgator lanos.

2PrecissionBoost. I need put runners from both heads togeather in singl turbo (first i have idea biturbo on 2 KKK K04). How it made? I think and make like many german TurboV6 in FWD car.
As for boost. Usualy i run by wastegate spring - 0,6 bar. Turbo spool - after 2500 rpm. By AVC-R - 1bar (if it realy necesery), ones i boost 1,2... it's very scary. I never make dyno (no stend around), usualy i say "more than 200 ))"

I use Garrett GT3076R with max flow 55lb/min (max potencial - 520-550 HP).
As for power - about 300HP when 0,6bar and more than 400HP when 1bar and more.
