Jimmy Fallon will be driving a Canary Yellow Daewoo in the new movie "Taxi". I just saw the preview.

i think it's not the same as the first one... but i know for a fact it's a daewoo. I was watching the Philly - Chicago game and the preview came on and latifah was throwing a fit ... something along the lines of

"A Daewoo??? i ain't getting in that, i don't want Daewoo all over me."

LOL just the fact someone as repulsive as queen latifah would diss one... thats what got me... i just hope i never have to say " I don't want latifah all over me..... yak!"

That is just sad.
The problem with that is that a very popular and influential movie star/musical artist being that negative about the car gives the general population an even poorer false image portrayal of Daewoo cars.

That actually makes me not want to see the movie.

Just the fact that jimmy fallon is driving one makes me want to see it. I'd laugh if daewoo sales go up 200% after the movie.

Hell, at least we don't drive Yugos!

I hated my 'Woo when I got it, unreliable, kept breaking down. Now in higher mileage it drives like a bat out of hell and I haven't had to do anything besides change the oil for the past year and a half. Now, I would have to be pretty hard pressed to part with it.

People are ignorant, Hyundai was the Daewoo of the last decade, but recent quality polls put it second on the US market, behind Lexus.

There was one dominent i saw one that was not shown as much i guess
