pic from the inside of the car.
TODAY, car over heat in a traffic jam. Normally the average temp is lower that middle line of the temp gauge, in the traffic jam went over, top 3/4. I stop the car check it (was like 2hr ago, was at night) so I cant see anything, but notice some noise like water from a hose liking. Try to start the car 10 min latter and nothing, check the engine again and notice a flow of coolant in the street. Just like a 16 oz cup.
Tomorrow I will try to star it again.
Probably I will need termo wrap in the manifold and down pipe. sad sad sad
car is alive again, just a battery problem. And the heat problem was because a hose (in the back of the intake manifold) , tomorrow will be change.
Also I will need a recommendation for a radiator fan, want to decrease the temp of the car more.
I get today some term wrap to start...and some red line for the coolant to decrease 20 degrees from the radiator.

So a coolant line broke or popped off? Wrapping the manifold would certainly help the underhood temperatures, but won't do a whole lot for coolant temps unless the manifold is right up against the rad. In traffic you certainly need some airflow under the hood to keep things under control.
For quality fans I would say go Flexalite or SPAL ...... you can find them on ebay or many online retailers, but watch out for fakes (the ones that are really cheap).

Thanks for the info, I will check that. Must be a slim fan of wont fit.
Ok, "el Junito" took the car to the dealer to check it out.
1- Radiator side cover (or cap) have a leak, apparently when I change it the people in the radiators place don't clip it correctly, but one of the guys in the GM dealer apparently correct that one (they will check tomorrow)
2- Hose and plastic tube on the back of the engine have a leak, apparently the main problem was the tube 4.00 dollars for a new tube and 6 for the hose problem solved
3- apparently have a small leak of oil in the back of the engine where I put the oil line for the turbo and the reader of the oil pressure gauge (any idea how to fix that?)
4- a really small link in the return oil line of the turbo, te part connected to the crank (any idea how to fix that?)
any help will be appreciated

today was the day...
we had our daewoo reunion, and edwin Nubira 2.2 help me to set the apex correctly, also we remove one spring from the blow off. Came with two and was too solid to open. Then we took the car for a ride.
With boost controller completely close the car get 15 psi. Respond perfectly. Next the Dyno...

Congrats, seems like its coming along nicely and the car looks great.... can't wait to see those dyno numbers!
For your oil leaks did you wrap the threads of the connections in pipe tape meant for oil and gas?

Re: Project N : turbo is complete
Here is what you was especting the HP #'s
I dont have all the papers of the try outs because I was @ work but Junito an Edwin (nubira2.2) take the car to a Mustang Dyno. @ 19psi - 295hp (but too lean), @ 16psi - 264hp (too lean too), so car came back with 195 hp and 207 of torque with 6.5psi.
You will ask why not try 10. Simple, the boost controler in each CLICK no per turn just one click increace 6psi so after 1 click the car change from 6.5 (7) to 13 or 14 psi. I will need a fuel pump and gas regulator to set the car.... @ 19 buhahahaha 300 HP.... maybe lol
