haha never worked on fuel injection before this or double trouble overhead cams idler bearings went south jumped time bent valves do they just un plug and pull??

SWEET ALWAYS LIKED PONTIAC ON MY DAEWOO IT HAS A PLASTIC COVER OVER THE RAIL WITH ELE. CONNECTORS ON IT I REMOVED THAT AND THE RAIL IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT TAN THE ONE U SHOWED THE MOTOR IS A 2.0 IN A NUBRIA CDX

PLEASE no caps.
Save work, *don't* remove the fuel rail. Instead:
Remove the brace for the intake. (located beneath it)
(I like to throw said brace away, but that's just me!)
Unplug hoses from intake.
Remove Alternator bracket.
Grab a 13 socket and long extension.
Unbolt all the intake bolts.
Whole intake is removed as a unit.
Save work, *don't* remove the fuel rail. Instead:

Grab a 13 socket and long extension.
Unbolt all the intake bolts.
Whole intake is removed as a unit.
Cap lock Cruise for the AWSOME! , I like to take off the fuel rail cause then you can clean the injectors. but either way.caprice wrote:PLEASE no caps.
