Daewoomofo: You in detroit?...my girlfriend is in detroit now...she just boarded flight nw 50 to paris france. She was talking about how hard it was snowing and that part of the runway is covered. But they said they are still able to take off. Hopefully she doesn't have to spend a night in the airport due to weather...that would suck. Anyway, just wanted to say.

yeah i just shoveled the walkway. its snowing like a bitch! good thing i just got 200lbs of sand for the bed of the truck. daewoomofo's truck+mud tires+200 lbs of wieght= not getting stuck in the snow

Her plane took off at 11:44...they managed to melt the ice and snow from the wings so that they could take off. She arrived in Paris this morning at around6:30.

...... so does that mean you want to be a moderator?

I think we lost a couple.... not entirely sure who is and is not a moderator right now.

What is really fun is to change peoples names.... just imagine trying to log on as Daewoomofo and it not allowing you to login.

Then you go in as a guest and find that all your posts are by a guy by the name of "IMANIDIOT" or something like that.

I don't really do stuff like that.... think the only one I did it to was Daewooleganza ( I think that was someone else in disguise )

Looks like the current moderators are:

GsiTurbo, PrecisionBoost, Efrain A., gse_turbo, MMamdouh

Where Efrain and I are admin.... so we have three moderators.

I think we use to have a couple more..... gse_turbo and MMamdouh are the main moderators right now and they are both online quite a bit.

Efrain, GsiTurbo and I aren't on as much as we use to be ( I have been lately but that's because it has slowed up at work )

We've been pretty lucky lately.... hardly any jerks coming on here and bashing Daewoo's.

I can remember one year where there had to be two or three guys we had to ban.

Of course that is only a last resort.... usually we let people say what they want to say.

I have to think that we don't get the Civic guys bashing us because they see some nice high HP cars running decent times at the track.

I was recently on another forum local to my area and had to spill details on the engines to get people to take me serious.

When you say "Bell engines rated it for 650whp" that grabs alot of attension because Bell is very reputable for making drag racing engines.

So..... I guess we should open up a discussion to see if we need another moderator.
