Diesel Earth Mover?????????
Wow.... that's crazy.... I'm surprised it even rotates the compressor to make any boost at all.
The turbo will definitely be running way to the left of the compressor surge line.... which is to say that odds are your turbo may damage itself after a period of use.
The turbo looks very "low" so I'm wondering how your managing to drain oil back into the pan from the bottom of the turbo.
I also don't see an intercooler anywhere..... do you have one hidden somewhere out of sight?
With that size of turbo it will be extremely inefficient which may lead to very high intake temperatures.
Please don't take offense..... but this setup really worries me..... if I were in your shoes I would remove it immediately and convert it back to a regular engine before something goes horribly wrong and kills your motor.

It has been turboed for over 1.1/2 years done over 30000k with this set up and it is only a very small turbo it has very little lag it runs well have not had a problem with it yet being a diesel turbo is boost up quicker as diesels operate at lower rpm. it has a black intercooler see images. for a speedo vid see http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=Bv0PmE4_5ik
