Thanks guys for all the comments!
I do love how it sounds, thats part of the fun of driving it The unique sound is created by the boostgate and the mods we did to the T4 turbo compressor housing.
The tires I use for summer are Toyo T1-R and for winter Michelin Pilot Alpin PA2. With this power now, 1st gear is almost useless, and 2nd spins part of the time. 3rd is where it really starts to go.

what a fun weekend, im moding my buddies 2004 optra (forenza for you US guys), and exist3nce offered us his apexi springs, so we drove to the street racing capital of Canada, and took a ride in the beast. its was snowing, about -3 degrees C, and the turbo optra had its summer shoes on, anyways hiting around 180kph (his car is in miles so we toched about 115) at about 10 psi. the car is very clean, and smooth. i had a video but it came out like shit, so only pics.
i want to turbo my aveo now

Walbro 255
Recently I picked up an entire fuel pump assembly with basket at a local wreckers for $45.... the plan being to open it up and find out what kind of pump we can fit in since no one really seems to know, except for Danny, but he doesn't know the specifics. We were able to fit a Walbro 255 with some minor modifications.
First we had to trim inside the bottom "cap" piece that holds the pump from the bottom, getting rid of the ridges and bumps. Next we shortened the outlet of the walbro since the pump was overall slightly longer than the stock unit. That was really all that was needed to make it fit. Electrical connections were identical. Inlet and outlet locations were the same as well, but we had to use the stock filter. There are two versions of the walbro 255, with different offsets of the inlet.... the one with the in & outlet directly in line with each other is what is needed.
Walbro 255 left (black plastic) and Stock on the right (white plastic)
Pump basket and location - under the back seat
Almost forgot..... I also installed a set of NGK performance plug wires since I was still using the factory ones. They seem to give a slight bit more response which is nice.
