Nubira 2000 auto only slips hot in 1st and 2nd.

Hi,
I have a nubira automatic that works fine cold but when hot going from park to drive can take up to 10 sec, especialy after using rev. Sometimes it then slips in first and does not grab 2nd. If it does go in to gear it is solid and it is fine. This is not consistantly bad, but it does have to do with temp. The hotter outside and the longer it is driven the more the problem showes itself. Have done 3 full trans and filter changes over the life of 140k miles. The fluid is always pink and never any metal or crap in the pan, any ideas? No codes eather.

sounds like your clutch bands are fried, but im no tranny expert so dont take my word as gospel
