Right now the plan is to get everything on the car in absolute working order. Which means a control arm/ball joint replacement on the drivers side and installation of my distance sensor.
After that... well... I'm going to paint the sections of the dash around the gauge cluster and replace the cluster with one that includes a tach. I had ordered one but it turned out that the back side of it was smashed and couldn't be used. Since I had other things to take care of first I put that off. When I do get my new cluster I'm going to do white dials with blue backlighting (replacing the LEDs). I also want to do something cool with a glowy looking red-line.
I think instead of replacing the seats, I'm going to get some nice seat covers in black with red accents. That should be enough for now, someday in the future I might decided I want new seats, but again... that's down the road.
I bought and put on those hub-caps... and sure... I know... they're hub-caps... but they look better then what I had until I can afford to get these:

They're Yokohama tires.
After that... I know there are some other interior things I want to do like getting a nice black/red boot for my stick.
At some point I want to install a security system and probably keyless entry.
Then after I do the security/keyless entry... I want to put in a ceiling mounted DVD player for the kids.
Oh... and of course I'm getting all the rear windows tinted black.
Also planning on finding a nice looking spoiler for the rear end around the time I fix all the little dents. Then get the whole thing painted black with a boatload of clear coat... I want it to almost be a mirror.
The color scheme that I'm thinking of doing is more or less a black with red trim look...
Someday I might decide to add air conditioning... but a lot of other things take priority over that.
