As I wrote engine is fully stock and untouched. I use Shell V-PowerRacing fuel (100 octans) only and works fine.

WOW... the daewoo engines must be much stronger than we thought... for how many miles have you been running on such amount of boost?

This boost is safe for stock engines with comp.ratio over 10,5:1 and "normal" fuel 91/95octans. With X20SED you get 9,2:1 comp.ratio + 100octans + big intercooler and it safe setup for pistons with boost over 10psi

so is it safe to run 10 PSI on a C20SED with stock internals and 92 octane fuel and an intercooler as big as this one in the pic??
Image

whats your recommended PSI for the setup i mentioned?

Should be OK, if C20SED has knock sensor but I recommend to have EGT gauge. EGT shouldn't never exceded 900 deg.C on stock pistons. When EGT is too high you must give more fuel. At max. boost AFR should be even 12-12,5.

What model of turbocharger do you have??

PS. I forgot that I've installed also oilcooler. It is very important in any turbo car.

-) the engine got a knock sensor indeed.
-) don't have EGT, will try to get one as we only got Boost, oil pressure and air fuel ratio gauges only.
-) the turbo is a T3 model.
-) don't have oil cooler either, will be added to "parts to get" list.

It's very good because ECU will handle with correct ignition

It's very necessary - it's very easy to melt pistons.

The best way is to get used one from C20LET or C20XE - perfect fit :)

Remember when working turbos alot of it comes down to tune and managing detonation...

With this medium boost setup on stock engine it has run well because it looks like he has a good tune!
