WTCC means World Touring Car Championship. The opening page to this website has the Optra WTCC on it. Just in case you didn't notice, here it is again:
And just so you know, the Chevrolet Optra has 32 points in the WTCC, 30 more than bottom-of-the-barrel Ford. That said the Optra is underpowered compared to the others, so I hope in a year or so GMDAT will do something about that.
