why do they put the ugly black covers on cars? all it does is attract more attention to the car, if they just left it plain it would just be another car on the street.

I see a lot of those prototype/test cars in phoenix... especially on the east side of town... they always hide the style... but 60% of the time you can tell what it is anyway... they drive em around the city, and often i've seen em heading out of town on the highways...
