I can't wait until I will have my turbo instaled so I've made a Photoshop tuning 8) Next week I will be looking for a used intercooler and I want one like this one or a little bit wider :)

Good idea...but something bigger might work a bit more efficiently. What amount of boost are u planning to run?

This is the size of my IC

I'm planning to run on 0.3, 0.4 Bar in normal exploatation. For drag races I will increase the boost to 0.7 Bar (I don't know how much is that in psi)

0.4 Bar should give me roud 150 Hp

0.4 Bar = roughly 5.8PSI, where as 0.7 Bar = 10PSI.

So theretically, if you will be using properly sized turbo (high % efficiency), you may not need to use the IC afterall. However, it would be recommended for 10PSI and above.
