Chevrolet made the British rounds of the FIA WTCC an experience to remember for lucky fan, Mark Burton. After winning a competition featured in Autosport magazine, Mark aged 35 who usually works as an airport fireman, travelled from Tonbridge in Kent to Silverstone and spent the race day as part of the Chevrolet team. He was kitted out in uniform, enjoyed team hospitality and attended exclusive race briefings. Furthermore he was given the role of making sure the tyres were clear of debris.
Mark commented: ?It has been a brilliant day. I?m a big fan of the FIA WTCC and this experience was a great insight into what happens behind the scenes. I really didn?t realise how much work was involved. The Chevrolet team treated me so well and I would like to say a big thank you.?
