With Daewoos sharing a lot of parts with Vauxhalls I thought this would be good news for anyone looking for a good deal on some upgrades.
I've been looking for a good price on a Quaife ATB differential for my Lanos project, and I recently discovered that the enchange rate (USD/GBP) has become more favorable to the US dollar recently. It's gone from around $1.52 to $1.42 per British Pound. Ten cents per GBP adds up!
In my case, I'll be saving around $60 ... not too bad - That ought to pay for my shipping!
If you were going to buy a more expensive item (engine or transmission, for example), now would be the time - you could save hundreds of dollars!
Good time to buy British parts right now
