this afternoon i got fired, were i worked i had the customer care intranet at my charge and had about 4 different Managers, and for the last year ive being fighting to be promoted to the IT (web development area) and nothing so far with the excuse of being a new manager and other things, well this new manager (3 months under her supervision) is one of those people that know nothing and manage to get all the credit of the work done. i didnt like the way things were going. she even deleted my name and used my text on my replys about jobs being done on the intranet.
Well today came the day and she said that she didnt think i was doing my job correctly (of course i wasn't, i didnt kiss her ass) and i told her to prove me that i wasnt doing my job. she said that she didnt meant that, and started talking crap. in the end she said the customer care intranet was going to the IT department (what ive being looking for over 4 years), i told her that finally will be done and they fired me. i got mad and asked were to sign.
first time in my life that ive being fired... on top of all with no real reason.
the intranet i worked gets about 35,000 page views daily and over 550 local clients.
when i was saying goodbye to some of my coworkers, they got mad by just knowing the fact that is not fair.
well i got rid of my tibby as of yesterday. got a 2007 Santa Fe. i needed something to haul car parts in and have AWD for the shitty ass weather in Wyoming. i'm back in oklahoma for a few days during my down week from school. oh and nebraska is the flattest fuckin state there is.
dude the town i'm in just had a blizzard three weeks ago. the town is like 7500ft above sea level. go 45 minutes in either direction and the temp is like 20 degrees hotter.
last year at one pont we had 4 season in one day... there was a hale-storm, thunder & lightening, snow, rain, severe winds and sunshine... all in a day!!! thats whack!
