i am now in the "member" personality which is biased, the "modirator" personality is not ... i have the right to show that i don't like his way of participation here as a member and i am using this right, as a modirator i am being non biased 'cause i am supposed to surve the community with such privalage rather than using it for fulfilling my wishes - i am not saying that anyone else is doing that - and accordingly i have always said that he is still beeing polite.

When I saw that 19 people voted "NO", I knew it impossible, because they're aren't that many dumb people on this forum. Just for messing with the sanctity of the Poll, boot him. He won't be missed.
They locked the other thread before I got to see all of the pics so i will say this. You should be Banned just for that hack job under your hood your poor car has to breath threw. I will be nice and throw you a bone, next time, this is what a home brewed intake should look like.

i could do that and i could remove the flex hose but i want cold air not short ram and no one will see that stuff anyway
you obviously did not understand my post, its not just the crinkle hose but the whole fd up mess. As for sucking cold air the only way to get colder air into the engine then what the intake in the pic can is to move to Antartica. and it was a completely custom home build with some help from my pal from Bear Essentials, he is a magician with a tig welder. Its called don't spend money on stupid stuff like stickers for products not on your car, and you could afford the $150 worth of material and another couple bucks on renting the needed equipment or having some of the work done by a pro. You would get results like the pic above. and you should loose the crinkle hose before you suck a piece of it up in your engine.
A lttle politeness lesson, when you quote some one that has a pic in their post delete the pic, every one just saw it and it is horrible for people with dial up to try to download.
PS no people rarely ever see under there, but alot of them see my taillights
