it doesn't have to be inside but 70 degrees or close to it is a must. if anything if you can be in a garage with a couple of space heaters in it right on the spot you're gonna put it on it probably wouldn't hurt. and have your heater on in the car too. but problem with that is you'll die of carbonmonixed poisoning from the car in a closed area. but if you found a vinyl place then just have them do it. that way they'll have the tools and know how plus they'll probably have a place inside to do it in.

gas mileage is the biggest down fall of my new car.

its 19mpg city and 26mpg highway. very hard on the wallet when you drove a woo that had 28mpg city and 36mpg highway

and kenny what compelled you to put that pic up anyways?

Yeah... I like the fact that my woo gets a lot better mileage then my old Impala did.
