i can't say no to 2nd chances but i would have to say that there should be set rules and a trial period for him. or something along those lines. i don't exactly like the guy but everyone deserves a second chance. we're not here to deprive people of knowledge but there is a set guidelines that people should just know to go by.

having heared that from the first member to be called a dumbass by daewoleganza so iam sure you must be joaking.

the guy used up all his chances before... i kept reminding him of the times he insulted others but he kept on doing it, flooded the forum with worthless posts, he even affected my IQ - refer to the magical spoiler post - so i don't see the point of getting him back.

if by some meracle you did get him back... who will spend his time watching out his posts and his manners?? i know i don't have the time to do that and if i did i don't have the inclination to baby sit this guy.

Erfinder: i remeber you saying that you don't have the time to log into the forum fo frequently... right?? the only reason that this happens is this forum is beeing take care off by its own members and it was going on great... now with this guy back you will need to be here 24x7 to watch out on him.

if you still think that he deserves a 10th chance here then do what you like... just keep in mind that doing so is not right and will cause problems in the future that well don't need them at all.

i have seen such things before as i am a moderator in daewootech yahoo group - among other daewoo groups - and we had such an issue with a member - oddly enough that owns a Leganza as well - and we spent lots of time debating on what we should do about him till we put him under moderation (all his posts to be approved by moderators before they are allowed to the group) so if you have such feature in this forum then i 100% agree to let him back.

if that is not a possibility then please don't let him back... i think i speak for every one when i say he has done enough damage and he was so lucky to stay on board for that long so we need not more problems as we have enough already to worry about.

well... if you got banned then you are not smart enough to keep your position in your community and this is clearly what this guy did.

why give him the chance to come back just to reban him in a week or so? havent the past week teach you anthing about this guy?

Besides, just because he is banned, it doesn't mean he can't access the site. He can still view all of the posts as a guest. He clearly didn't care for our opinion on anything we said, so not being able to post new topics won't hurt him. He also never gave a valid answer or help to anyone, so I don't think that anyone will lose anything (other than a good laugh) by having him gone.

Bottom line, I don't think he should be reinstated.

WTF?? he still can read posts here?... if it was for me i'd ban him from using a computer.

OK guys i might be blasting at this guy but look at it from my side:

i spend lots and lots of time on this forum to learn more about my car and help out other people... it is almost an obligation to me that i HAVE to log on and see the new posts... maybe some guy on the planet is despratly in need for help and i can't afford to sleep with someone needing help out their.

i have made loads and loads of posts here... most are very informative and helped out people and i am not expecting anything in return more than a "thank you for your help" note and that makes my day. i have diagnosed problems, assested damages, gave opinions and shared ideas.

i have worked hard here as if this forum was my own forum and all of you guys are my best buddys ever were in fact i am just another member here and many of you guys are forum buddys and others are total strangers to me.

now having all that said comes a guy out of no were starts to spam "my forum" and insult "my best buddys" and making a mess of every thing for a whole week and he doesn't have the slightest idea of what he is doing and not even have the brains to try and understand that insulting people is wrong which is a standard issue thing in raising a kid.

am i supposed to tolirate all that? give me one good reason for that! i didn't do all that effort over the past year or a bit longer so that a stupid member can ruin it all... i think you all saw that this is the senario that happened over the past week and you all agree with that.

some might think i am selfish and talking about "my" posts and "my" contributions and all arround here... i am not.

i am compelled (spelling) to do this for the forum and the forum members not for me, i have no greater pleasure than helping people out and the guys that really knows me know that very well so this attack on the guy is Daewootech motivated not MMamdouh motivated if you know what i mean.

in the end i am sorry if i am too aggreasive but i hope i made my reasons clear... remember the guy never insulted me in person so i got nothing personal with him plus this is "our" forum so what "we" are going to do will be "our" decision not an individual's will so i just wanted to make "my" point clear to "you all".

guys... beleive me when i say he is worthless... same issue happened on the yahoo group and he was kicked out, apologies and good behaviour are THE biggest bluff ever... even bigger than the Lee Harvy Aswald assasination for presedent Kennedy (names spelling??) this guy will not change... 2 years between this incedent and the yahoo group incedent and i can see he is still the same... never changed a bit.

he even tryed to harras me over my e mail but i let him have it and he never showed up again... now reappearing on this forum for no good reason but to ruin our majour source of knowledge... no sir i won't allow it to happen.

guys from the yahoo group know this guy very well and i suspected him as well, what is the chance of having two assholes that ownes Leganzas?? i had to be more attentive than this but as i said this guy affected my IQ so...

even at the other forum he always offended members (called me and Shaun "Niggers") and all the stupid comments you can ever imagen... he blamed his strut brace for hitting a curb, his coolant is full of rust, got a very loud POS that he calles a muffler and whenever a member posted that he had a problem he just repliys "its a daewoo" as if only daewoos are the only cars that break down

OHHH... i guess bringing that guy here is my fault, i sent him a link to one of Bosnianlanos's posts about his car having almost a million miles or so and still running in good shape... i only did that to really show him how reliable daewoos are, i never intended to invite him here.

he also got this famous sentence when he sees a post about something he don't know (which includes almost every post out their) he would simply say: wuts a turbo?, wuts a RRFPR?, wuts a car? and so on.

only thing to say in the end:

he also idmitted that he was banned from so many groups and forums before so he already used to beeing banned and you guys shouldn't feel bad for it as you are not the first to ban him.
