warning: slightly off-topic.

i dont really want to sell, but my dad keeps hassling me about it - he offered me a new VW Polo last week .. no thanx! i wudnt even settle for a golf, unless it were the TSI, but other than that they'r too small inside. the lanos is spacious.

the thing is... i want a faster car, and i know i can make the lanos helluva lot faster, but my dad's a bit against all that car modding stuff, so until ive got my own drive way or workshop i cant use our driveway for doing anything major.

and if i were to sell it now, the chances are i'd probly want to get a mk2 astra anyway, seeing as i already have parts for it.

I had no idea it would be so hard to find a 5-speed lanos!

I can't even find a decent one for hundreds of miles around...

I have one that I could sell/trade for parts...... but importing from Canada to USA would be a major pain.... especially because it's not running ( well technically the oil pump on the 1.5L/1.6L SOHC hybrid is NFG so it runs.... but it probably won't last long :) )
