Hey whitetiger2nv

Im from Australia. Currently residing in Coffs Harbour but quiet frequently in Sydney, Newcastle, Port Macquarie and Gold coast.

I have a 1.5 SOHC Daewoo Lanos with minimal mods.

What about you? Car, Location?

I use to live in minchinbury sydney i had a wardrobe and showerscreen company there i sold it and moved to Orange nsw im now semi retired and enjoying doing up my car i own a 1.5l daewoo lanos running 8psi and heaps of mods and still going.

Im from Wollongong/Sydney...
Drive a 2000 model hb Lanos on 17" rims and 4" cannon exhaust wid damn good as hell sony sound system including subs n amps

now im in Hervey bay QLD, I have a stock woo, that im trying to do up slowly (as it turns out with budget, VERY slowly

I just want to bump this thread cos it seems like everyone from Aus have disappeared from this forum...

I think I saw Tim's (ubuyau) Lanos on eBay the other month...

But peeps like white tiger and john trickle havn't posted in ages.

That one on eBay wasnt mine.
I think it was john trickle's actually...

I still browse the forums but dont post much any more.

Yeah, I wasn't too sure if it was John's or yours.
It looked pretty much the same as yours, bodykit wise, but it was pale blue/silver.

There is a turbo sleeper Lanos on eBay atm thats currently on $2800. Pretty cheap if you ask me...

So Tim, where abouts are you located?

from what i gathered he is the reason a member stop posting on here. im not gonna say any names but yeah.... in my opinion it was that bad.

Yeah I remember trawling through the forums one time and I found advice he gave for a 1.5 Lanos, he told the OP to "clean out the carburettor"

I thought he had a 1.5 as well

Hi All. I have not long joined this forum and just found this thread so I thought I would introduce myself.

I am Chris and live on the south side of Brisbane and drive a 2L Nubira Sedan in which I have just installed a stereo (deck, TV and 2 x 12" subs) and 2 way alarm. Will be looking at some engine mods once I work out which local engines are compatible and when funds permit.

I have previously owned a 1.5L Lanos 3 door which I had done a few mods (DBA Rotors, 16" mags, CAI, custom trimmed interier panels and dash, stereo with 15" sub @ 142.7dB with the door open) but some bastard stole it on me.
