yeah i got an 1/8 scale r/c traded the wing off my elcamino. the r/c is easily worth 1,000 its pretty fast. have fun with it. you have to tune the engine every now and then but its not that big of a deal

In one of the Dirty Harry movies (Sudden Death, I believe) there is a scene where an RC car with a bomb is chasing after him. I remember seeing the "behind the scenes" for this movie and they stated that the RC car kept going too fast and overshooting the old heap they were using for DH's car.

I worked in the stock room for an electronics place and the guys there used to mod the RC cars being sold and race against one of the toy store's cars. We never lost the entire time I worked there.

yeah they have really come along way gas rc cars are fading down abit now that they have brushless electric motors that go 120 MPH!!!
