you can host them on www.photobucket.com. just copy and paist the URL into the offsite avatar link in your profile, thats how i did it

I am off from school today, so I will do a screen grab of the image you want out of that video, resize it to an avatar and host it for you.

However, if you want an animated gif of the video, it will take me longer to make as I do not have any gif animation software right now, so I would have to find some, install it, learn how to use it and then upload it!

Did you get the pic? I would really like to have gif but if you cant the pic should be fine!
