I think it's a 1952 Edsel... but I very well may be mistaken. You'll understand in a second or three.

This is as good a shot as I could get of the back top... haha... My Grandfather... what an interesting man.
Note the nice ribs along the roof. A nice touch to an old relic.

This next one is looking towards the rear passenger windows/door edge... I can't wait until I've unearthed this thing. I especially can't wait to drive it.
My grandfather lived through the depression here in the states... where you had to save everything.

This was parked in the garage about 25-30 years ago. There is a gas tank in the very back... the replacement for the leaky one he removed. He never bothered to put it in and drive it back out of the garage...
But look at that cluster... sexy... and the old styling, so... beautiful... if you can see past the years of neglect of course.
Yes... my grandfather was certainly an interesting man.

I once had the need to get to the other side of the garage and the only way there was over the hood of the edsel.
I was worried at first, but as I lowered my weight onto the hood, I noticed something interesting. It didn't care. It was so thick that even my weight seemed to have no impact on it.
Of course... I've always been thin, but I mean seriously... it's amazing... Haha... in the last pic, you still can't see the edge of the door outside the window.

I wish I could show you the front grill and bumper, unfortunately, I can't get the door to the garage open at the moment.
