Kalos and Lanos similarities

I was wondering if there is anyone out there that knows about the Kalos (Chev Aveo) and what parts are direct swaps onto the Lanos.

When I looked at the Aveo it seemed to be a rebadged Lanos.... very similar.

Are we sure that the Kalos isn't based on a Lanos chassis/drivetrain??

I was thinking about seeing if a local GM dealership would let me go through one piece by piece ( I used to work at South Fort Chev Olds so I know the owner and mechanics )

The owner used to be into all kinds of things so he might be interested in some aftermarket part ventures with me.
