this came out of my brother's 2003 lancer oz rally. we opened the hood this morning and it was just sitting on top of air filter box. looks like there should be loose wires somewhere for the three plugs on it but can't find any. car starts fine and no CEL. thanks

Three plugs for one sensor??? That's odd I don't know what that would be for
Perhaps someone was playing a joke... I think it's very unlikely that two screws could come loose and three separate connectors "fall off"
The connectors on those plugs are tough to get off.... I can't imagine them coming out unless someone removed them.

that must be the sassaflange isosolator module controller. It plugs into the gigatrans vaccum controller and logs all vaccum feed statistics to the sassaflange.
...
actually I have no idea what that is... but it sounds like a cruel joke to pull on someone... open their hood while they're not looking and lay in some foreign part from another car and watch as madness ensues...
