My Leganza
I just got my first car and it's a daewoo. My dad is an excuetive at a Cadillac Coperation so he got it for almost nothing.
I think it has almost every option possible.
spoiler, cd player, leather, moon roof, tint(I live in Rochester, NY I don't know if it will pass inspection), small stripe(might remove), chrome grill, and chrome wheel wells(not sure if I like the look)
I'm not sure what I want to add, I'm thinking of just added a new muffler and cold air intake for a little bit more of a sporty feel. I'm pretty sure I might remove the stripe.

Yeah, welcome to the forum!
Glad to have another east coaster on board.
If you decide to get rid of your stock Leganza wheels, let me know, I might be interested. I have an SE version with the steel wheels & hub caps, but have always liked the stock cast wheels like your car has.
You'll find a LOT of information here, so if you have any questions, just ask.
By the way, what year is it, and how many miles does it have?
Make sure you change your timing belt & tensioner around 50,000 so that you don't end up with a ruined engine. When you replace your timing belt, get the Isusu Rodeo 2.2L belt; we'll get the right part number for you. It is made by a different company, but is the same size belt and is made of better quality material so it will last longer.
I think it was the 99 - 01 Isusu Rodeo 2.2L has mostly the same engine and so a lot of the same parts.

Well, I figure I might as well add my name to the list. I've had my 2002 Laganza CDX for about a month now. I love it. There's a dealership here in the Philadelphia, PA area that is selling new Laganza's and giving away a used one for free. I gave my brother the used one... it has just shy of 50k miles on it. Mine is brand new. Rides great, I'm realy happy with it.
I'm debating whether I want to make any modifications to it... I'm getting 27MPG on the highway, which is what most of my driving is.
Anyways, thanks for setting this place up.

That's a great gimick for selling cars.... we will sell you a new one with a used one for parts in case your new one breaks down and we can't find parts for youfishvict wrote: There's a dealership here in the Philadelphia, PA area that is selling new Laganza's and giving away a used one for free.

Just joking.....well sort of.....you might want to make sure your brother has no problem with you "borrowing" parts once and a while.
I'm sure that the addition of the new Leganza under Suzuki will help out on the parts side of things....plus you should be able to get your Daewoo serviced there once the dealerships get to know the cars. ( should you want an option other than your Daewoo dealership)
What was the car's new name?? I can't remember.... Suzuki Verona?? or is that the new Nubria??
