Who the hell does that?
I mean sure we have street racers here, but usually it is a small group of friends at the parking lot off some of the bridges that cross Tampa Bay,and usually they are total sleepers.

The young and the stupid usually think that no harm will ever come to them. Near my old hometown the cops used to let some red light racing go down on a night when a lot of teens would show up to cruise that area. Rules were no running the redlights and, if you did, the cops would be there to bust you. This went well for a few years but then people started showing up with the tricked out cars. Now ANY racing on that stretch will end up with the driver ticketed.
Light without shadow is blindness.
