Cool Car! After driving it a few weeks, I decided that Daewoo got the shaft
here in the US, and all the clones driving Hondas just don't get it.
I'm 53 years old, weigh 300 lbs, and am 6'3" tall, and find the car very comfortable..
One question.. Anyone know where to get the driving lights that fit in the front bumper?
There is a dealer in buffalo selling 01 Lanos Sports NEW for the same price!!

I liked my '01 Leganza so much I went and got an '02 Lanos hatchback (like yours) for $5900 new with 11 miles on it back in April. My fiance got one & my father got one, too. All 3 are automatic with A/C, but hers has power windows, power locks & came with the CD & cassette player.
We found the cars on Yahoo Autos and drove from VA to CT (12 hrs each way) to pick up the new cars, as they had several, regardless of what options the cars had, for $5900 each.
The car is, as you said, very comfortable, as I am 6'2 and 290 pounds.
As for your for lights, I don't know about where you are, but the dealer here in Virginia Beach, VA has them in stock for $45 per light & $12.95 for the stock dash switch. This does not include the relay & wiring harness to turn on the lights, so you will have to get your own relay & do the wiring yourself.
To find the lights, get on line & look for Daewoo dealers phone numbers and do some calling around to find out who has them in stock. I suggest http://www.superpages.com as a starting place for your search.
