Need speakers advice

I am just looking into getting some 4" components speakers. I found two that fit my budget (fairly similarly priced), but I am not that familiar into deciding which ones would provide better sound quality. These units would be run off an amp.

mb quartz is the shit, i had audiobahn....wasnt impressed with them. but mb is good shit

canadiancaraudio.com is a very good site if you are looking for advice on speakers and even has a few members from edmonton who might have a good idea on a local shop that carries them.
