Lanos horn

Post by Spider »

When driving my little lanos In heavy traffic?
I find myself getting sick and tired of being cut off by inconsiderate and bad drivers that are trying to drive huge SUV's and pick-up trucks, some that even have bumpers higher than my woo's windshield. :x

And my Daewoo OEM horn just dosen't crank out much sound. I needed more volume ! Especially on the freeway's.
Now I have an "equalizer"

This has worked out very well on my motorcycle.
So, I installed one on my Daewoo.

Stebel Nautilus Compact Motorcycle Air Horn SNH-01

This is a horn that "demands respect" and it gets it too !

Looks good dude, thanks for the pics.

Did the piping for the air filter come with it?

Norbie,

Thats the one thing you need to buy extra. Just use windshield washer hose or vacuume hose. I bought a piece of fuel-line that was about one foot long for one doller (usd) the filter is just an old nylon sock I got from my wife. The instructions tell you to mount the horn so that road debrie won't enter the compressor or use a line (like I did).. its very simple to hook up.

Zerosilence,

I think it's 139 dcb but if you go to the site I linked to in my first post ? The seller has all the information. He even has a link to a site where you can hear the horn.
Thanks guys,
:)

p.s. I live in california, and the seller does also. I had one day service. U.S. mail
