foam for deadening

i want to spay al of the holow parts in my car since i have everything ripped out in the ass end of my car. I want to make it as quiet as possible what is the best foam. Can i use mono foam??????//

The stuff I used in my trunk that worked awesomely was a readily available spray called "Great Stuff" (the red one) it is available at any hardware store. the only problem is it takes a while to dry and it is heavy...I do not know what it weighs of you use it sparingly, (I used 3 cans in my trunk lid alone) if you do do your trunk lid...in any case watch out for the locking mechanism, it will get gummed up with foam and you will not be able to open your trunk once you close it and the foam is dry!
