Don't know I wrote it good but I want to build in a meter so I can see my fuel consumption ex: 6l/100km
All modern cars has it so maybe I can make it too, or comes that information from the ecu?

Here is a link to some software that should give ya what you are looking for, I'm sure that all that information is from the ECU and some estimation formulas. I doubt that they actually have a meter on the fuel line measuring consumption.
