side rear quarter panel removal???

hey guys

im in the process of sound deadning the car... n cant seem to get the rear side quater panels out...can anyone give me a step by step method for taking out the rear quarter panels in a 01 Lanos hatch (3 door)..

are you talking about the inside panels or the actual quarter panel? if its the inside its pretty easy.

First panel to remove is the back bottom rear wall panel that fits over the hatch lid latch and goes across the center at the back. After that, fold the seats forward. Then take out the carpet/cardboard spare tire cover. I think the inside hatch side plastic panels should be able to come out after that with the removal of plastic push tabs and some screws.
It has been a while since I took mine out, but I stripped the whole interior out of my Lanos HB for installing sound deadning.
