Sunroof Problems

the problem is this, the sunroof have 2 functions, to go up or to get inside the roof... well mine from yesterday just have one, go up because when i try the other it get stuk... anyone with this problem or know how to fix this shit!

i dunno i didn't know they could go into the roof i just thought they only lifted up, mine only lifts up as far as i know i've never tried the other way????
