Problem with fog lights

Post by mocpac »

:?: My friend and I istall today the fog light of my nubira. When I turn on the ligths of the car and press the on/off button of the fog ligth nothing happens.

-the only thing that we can find (probably wrong), is that the relay no make any noise when I turn on the signal lights(the short lights). The relay of the car make this "click"sound but the fog lights relay no. This can be the problem, how can I find if this is?

help with this.

seems like something wrong in the wiring between the switch and the relay, the relay is not getting any power to close the fog light circuit. (assuming the relay is not busted).

sure thing... if the grounding is not right the circuit will be open and nither the relay nor the fog will turn on.
