Hard to remove connectors?

Hi,

Just asking if those white and yellow "connectors" can be removed from under dash in my Nubira. I don't want to damage them trying wrong method.
Any special trick?

not really, if im correct, they are held into the black surrounding by the tab, and then its connected.
so normal tab connector.
