wet floor

Post by tlcmbc »

passenger side carpet is wet, been told it is most likely a plugged ac drain hose. I have looked under the hood and jacked the car up but can't find the hose or tube. where is it, and how do I fix the problem?

This topic has already been addressed by a couple of these pros. If you get under the car when it is on ramps you can see it near the firewall, pretty close to the middle of the car. the hose will be closed off and the condensation backs up onto the floor. it will lead to multiple other problems if it is not corrected immediately. Don't forget to dry that carpet and insulation over there bfore the wires start corroding. the wiring goes through the passenger side down low. some of the topics on this issue expalin some of the problems.... you need to fix this quick!
