what are the seize of the speakers in the front that i can put in? (the original)
im thinking about buying new speakers cause my are weak and sound like shit

stock is 4 inches but ive got 6 1/2's in mine. i had to cut the door panels to fit them but the hile is covered up by the speaker and grill, if you put 61/2's in like i did and you have manual windows, your window cranks will rub on the speaker grills, you cna still roll the window down but its kinda pita.

its actually really easy. i just cut out the stock circle grill. for my old 5 1/4's and only had to slightly enlarge that for the 6 1/2's. i put the tweeters in the holes for the window crank, since i converted my car to power windows

trust me if you can use a razor knife, screwdriver, and know how to attach wires, you can do this with NO PROBLEM!

I just made adapter rings that fit the 4" holes and mount 6.5" speakers in place under the door panels.
No holes in the panels and the speakers sound great, plus it still looks factory original.
