Indication lights of door and trunk open - both lighten ?

Well, I have this problem since I bought a Nubira II 4 years ago... and I wasn't paying much of attention till now.
But it started to be very annoying.
Either I open just a door, or only a trunk, both indication lights on dashboard are lighten.
It was probably messed up by service man during the installation of alarm or cd player that I asked for, when purchasing car.
So.
What do you think, where should I look for a problem ?

i have the same problem... i have door open light on the whole time... its annoying.... please help.... whr to look for problem???? thnx

this is done to trigger the alarm if the trunk is open by wiring the trunk light to dome light... got that on dad's lanos
