1999 Daewoo Nubira Wagon. 118K miles. Pretty good little car except last night when I was taking my family to see fireworks, the ABS light would not go out. Then I discovered that the power windows and A/C also did not switch on......dead. So after restarting, everything back to normal. This morning, same thing. Restarted and all ok. What the H*** is going on with that? Weak battery? How are all these things connected?? anyone know?
Thanks...
please help me figure this out.

Fuse or Bad ground.
Check the interior and engine fusebox and see if there is a fuse that runs power to all of those things. I bet there is.
If not, check the ground cable leading from your battery. First check if it is loose or oxidized, then check if the body/engine connections are clean.
Hope it works.
