leganza instrument panel removal

Anyone remove the instrument panel (dash board) on a Leganza? I was thinking of getting a new one (sun damage) and doing the job myself. The dealer wants too much money (labor) to do it and I have the Leganza service manual that shows some skecthes and steps to remove it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

when i did it i had to losten the steering colume so i could get the gauges out. Its a HUGE pain to be honest
