how do i replace door speaker?

i have a Lanos and i wounder how i shall do to replace the original door speaker... how do i get away the thing who turns the windows up and down. thats my biggest problem..

plz help me!!!

two very small screw drivers. thier is a horse shoe clip which you have to unlach where the window winder is.
you will see it its not hard to spot
Its a pain and takes a while.

if you go to your local auto parst store, ask them for a "door pannel removal tool" they will give you a tool to do it
