Tweeter Problem on my Leganza

I recently noticed that my driver side tweeter will sound on and off by its self and it drives me nuts when it does that. but when i look, i cant really see where i can take it out to look at it. Do i have to take out the whole dash board???

I also want to know how to get to the tweeters in my Leganza so I can upgrade my speakers and still use the stock locations. I have noticed the stock tweeter on the passanger side crackles very slightly, so it is time to replace all the speakers.

If anyone has instructions how to get to the tweeters, it would be greatly appreciated.
